It's Thanksgiving and although I was injured A LOT in 2012 and couldn't run as much or well as I would have liked to, I am still grateful and thankful that I have enjoyed running and have benefited from it in so many ways. I hope that you all have a great Thanksgiving and enjoy time with your family and friends.
I have a little challenge for you...if you are running a turkey trot or headed out for a solo run, try to give thanks for something every half mile or so. Thanks for reading my blog and Happy Thanksgiving!!
